Theo
Valerio

With around
8,000 hours of flying experience, Theo Valerio holds an ATPL, with
a Class 1 Instrument Rating, and has flown for companies such as Loganair
and Britannia. He has extensive managerial experience in niche market
cargo operations and the procurement of large aerial fire-fighting
systems. Theo has been heavily involved in the preparation of technical
documents, including operational, and maintenance systems, AOC documentation
and training manuals, and manufacturing, and workshop approvals. Additionally,
Theo has a sound engineering background, and has recently been responsible
for the design, and the subsequent technical drawings of a fire suppressant
tank for a large aerial fire tanker, the Lockheed P2V-7. Furthermore,
Theo holds the building rights of a new free-span hangar that was
built for Bond Corp. He designed the structure himself, and supervised
the entire construction sequence.

Steve Payne

With a degree
in Science from Curtin University of Technology, Steve Payne formed
a partnership with Theo in late 1990. From humble beginnings, with no
other aeronautical experience than a Private Pilot's License, Steve's
research and IT background slowly metamorphosed into a career in aviation.
Steve now holds a Graduate Diploma in Aviation Transportation Management
(ATM) from Swinburne University in Melbourne, in the areas of aviation
human resources, aviation regulatory issues, and aircraft procurement.
He is currently working towards a Master's Degree in ATM. Having worked
for 10 years in his own IT business, Steve brings a complementary range
of skills to APC, including accounting and financial modelling, fleet
financing and leasing, and flight costing and project management

Tony
Morris

Tony Morris has over 20 years
experience in both the military, and civil sectors of aviation. He has
over 6500 flight hours as a pilot, test pilot, safety/accident investigator,
flying operations manager, and as a regulatory agency pilot. In 1990,
he was selected to attend the Empire Test Pilot's School at Bascombe
Down in the U.K., and was subsequently awarded the McKenna Trophy as
dux of the course. Whilst with the RAAF, Tony authored many technical
reports, and performed aircraft evaluation and acquisition tasks, which
prepared him for a more recent association with the New Zealand Civil
Aviation Authority as a Certification Test Pilot. Furthermore, Tony
has an extensive knowledge of all FAR and JAR certification and licensing
issues, and is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, the Society
Of Experimental Test Pilots, and the Australian Flight Test Society.
